1. Scope of Warranty Coverage
Our warranty applies to services directly provided by WebHub, including:
Website Development: Functionality of custom-built Shopify/WordPress sites, including core features, integrations, and responsive design.
SEO Services: Implementation of on-page/off-page SEO strategies as outlined in your service agreement.
Technical Errors: Bugs, coding errors, or compatibility issues arising from our work.
Exclusions:
Issues caused by third-party plugins, themes, or external services not directly managed by WebHub.
Modifications made by the client or unauthorized third parties after delivery.
Delays or failures due to client-provided content, hosting, or domain configurations617.
2. Warranty Period
Development Services: 30 days from project completion.
SEO Services: 15 days from strategy implementation.
During this period, we will address qualifying issues at no additional cost, provided they are reported promptly and fall within the scope of coverage.
3. Support Process
To request warranty support:
Submit a detailed ticket via support@webhubstories.com within the warranty period.
Include screenshots, error logs, or steps to replicate the issue.
Our team will respond within 1–2 business days and provide a resolution timeline.

4. Limitations and Disclaimers
No Guarantee of Results: While we optimize for SEO performance, search engine rankings depend on external factors beyond our control12.
Third-Party Services: We are not responsible for outages or policy changes by platforms like Shopify, WordPress, or payment gateways17.

5. Client Responsibilities
Maintain backups of website content and databases.
Notify WebHub promptly of any issues.

6. Refund Policy
If we fail to resolve a warranted issue within a mutually agreed timeframe, you may be eligible for:
Partial Refund: Proportional to the unresolved portion of the service.
Service Credits: Applicable to future projects.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of warranty expiration.
