By engaging with WebHub’s services (Shopify/WordPress development, SEO outsourcing, or related offerings), you confirm acceptance of these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree, discontinue use immediately. - Services Provided
Website Development: Custom Shopify/WordPress site design, functionality, and integrations as outlined in your project scope.
SEO Services: On-page/off-page optimization, keyword research, and analytics reporting per your service agreement.
Support: Post-launch troubleshooting during the warranty period (see our Warranty Policy).
- Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate content, branding assets, and access to required platforms (e.g., Shopify/WordPress admin, Google Analytics).
Timely review and approve project milestones.
Secure necessary licenses for third-party tools (e.g., premium plugins, stock images).
Maintain backups of your website data.
- Payment Terms
Fees: Quoted prices are in USD. A 50% deposit is required to begin work; the balance is due upon project completion.
Late Payments: Overdue invoices incur a 5% monthly penalty.
Refunds: See our Warranty Policy for eligibility.
- Intellectual Property
Deliverables: Upon full payment, you own the final website design and content. WebHub retains rights to reusable code snippets, templates, and proprietary tools.
SEO Work: Strategies and reports are provided for your use only; redistribution is prohibited.
- Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice:
By Client: Cancellation mid-project forfeits the deposit.
By WebHub: Termination for non-payment, breach of terms, or abusive conduct.
- Disclaimers
Third-Party Services: We are not liable for issues caused by platforms like Shopify, WordPress, or payment gateways.
SEO Results: Rankings and traffic depend on external factors (e.g., search engine algorithms); no guarantees are provided.
Website Performance: We are not responsible for downtime due to hosting providers or client-side errors.
- Limitation of Liability
WebHub’s total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the affected service. We are not liable for:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., lost revenue).
Data loss due to client negligence (e.g., failure to back up content).!
